Honestly, I haven’t seen a movie in a while that I’ve really connected to. Weekend told the true story of how 3 days with a guy in gay, is like being with him 3 weeks. (Granted you spend your day and night with him for a weekend i.e.)
No fairy tale sugar coating; practical romantic stuff happens like this and it’s easier to believe, easier to relate. Palatable. Palpable. Pragmatic.
I think my time will come.
Weekend isn’t so bad afterall. Life isn’t fair, so why not love the movie? :)
